Identify a position in the early childhood field that you would like to hold. Next, in two to three pages, address the following: 
Describe the position. Include examples of key responsibilities associated with the role. 
Explain the qualifications and the personal characteristics that would lead to success in this role. 
Using specific examples, describe three actions you could take in the role to demonstrate three of the ideals and principles found in the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct and Statement of Commitment. Provide at least one example for each principle chosen. Explain how the actions would demonstrate those ideals and principles. Be sure to include relevant citations and references for your sources.
