Outline your organizational goals.
Setting and achieving goals is the hallmark of successful
companies and is critical to strategic planning.
Identify your monthly, quarterly, 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year
goals of the business. As you build your plan, you should define: the business
priorities for the next 3 to 5 years based on SWOT analysis and strategy, and
identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure your goals. This should
be 2-3 pages and use APA formatting.
