It is time to put your plan into action. New strategy execution
involves clear communication across your entire organization to make sure
everyone knows their responsibilities and how to measure the plan’s success.
Map your execution process with the key performance indicators
to measure the success of achieving each goal. Define who will be responsible
for executing the plan for each goal, the KPI used to measure the success, and
how you will measure the path to success. This should be 2-3 pages and use APA
