This is the second part of your policy paper. You will create a proposal for how the state director of special education, principal, or SPED coordinator could address this issue. You will create a presentation that is directed to your local administrators regarding the practical applications of policy/legislation to address a specific issue. Your presentation should include:
1- description of current issue related to special education (10 points)
2- description and analysis of case law/policy related to this issue
(20 points)
3- proposal on how to address this concern in your local school system (20 points)
